Card Making Project - Burgundy Roses on Ivory Wedding Invitation
Made by Madeleine

This stunning wedding invitation uses burgundy roses and Mars and Opal Stardream card.  You will need a Cuttlebug or Big Shot die cutting machine to make this invitation.  Ready foiled Wedding Stationery is no longer available but you can use the sheets of foiled wedding words - just glue to the card where you want the words Wedding Invitation to appear.

To make this card you will need:

Stardream Opal 140mm x 140mm Square Card foiled in Gold
Stardream Mars Card
Stardream Opal Card
Cuttlebug or Big Shot Die Cutting Machine
Marianne Creatables Frame LR0116
Burgundy Mini Open Roses
Inverted Corner Rounder
Gold Double Hearts
Mini Glue Dots
Photo Glue
Round Pencil

Cut a piece of Stardream Mars card to measure 110mm x 75mm. Using the Inverted Corner Rounder punch, punch each corner in turn then glue the Stardream Mars card to the invitation.

Cut a piece of Stardream Opal card to measure 110mm x 75m and, using th Marianne Creatables Frame run it through the die cutting machine.

Using photo glue, centre and stick the Stardream Opal frame onto the Mars card.

Take 2 burgundy mini open roses and wrap the stems around a pencil to curl them.

Attach Mini Glue Dots to the rose heads and glue into place.

Attach Didi Glue Dots to the double gold hearts and glue in place.

To make sure this invitation arrives without any crushing of the roses why not have a go at making your own boxes using the EaziScore or Hougie Board?
