Card Making Project - Christmas Village Card
Made by Madeleine from an idea by Marianne Designs
This Christmas card is made using 3 of the Marianne Christmas Creatables and a die cutting machine. It is Madeleine's version of a card originally made by Marianne Designs.The white glitter card die cuts really stand out against the pearlescent black background of creased card.
You need a die cutting machine to make this card.

To make this card you will need:
 A4 Stardream Onyx Card cut and creased to 125mm x 125mmWhite Iridescent Glitter CardMarianne Creatables Village 1, Village 2 and IcicleDie Cutting Machine such as the Big Shot, Cuttlebug, or Xcut XpressCut and Emboss Mat Sizzix Texture Impressions Pad (if using Cuttlebug or Big Shot)Christmas Foiled Sentiments - Gold on WhitePhoto Glue3D Foam Pads 3mm ThickScissors or a Rotary Trimmer |

Run the Marianne Creatables Village 1, Village 2, and Icicle through the die cutting machine using the iridescent glitter card. Do not remove the card from the dies.
Run the dies with the card in them again through the die cutting machine to emboss them. The "sandwiches" should be made up depending on which machine you are using.
For the Big shot it should be:
Multipurpose Platform (thin die adapter down) or Solo Platform
Cutting Plate
Die with Card in
Cut and Emboss Mat
Sizzix Texture Impressions Pad
For the Cuttlebug:
Plate A
Plate B
Die with Card in
Cut and Emboss Mat
Sizzix Texture Impressions Pad
For the Xcut Express adjust the dial to your usual setting for embossing thin cut and emboss dies
Once the dies have been embossed, glue the die cut icicle card to the top of the creased Stardream Onyx card using photo glue.
Attach the die cut Village 1 and Village 2 to the centre of the card using 3D foam pads.
Cut out the Season's Greeting sentiment and attach it to the bottom centre of the card using 3D foam pads.
